Create Attributes

You need "System Administration" rights to be able to do this.

  1. Select Manage Attributes using :

    • Ribbon Menu   File   Attributes

  2. Select Add Attribute using :

    • Toolbar   Add

    • Context Menu   Add

  3. Enter description

  4. Select data type :

    • String, Boolean (Yes/No), Date or User Ref :

      • No extra settings needed.

    • Folder Ref :

      • Select "Structure type"

      • Select "Start from specific folder"

    • Enumeration :

      • Select Add button

      • Enter description

      • Repeat for each extra enumeration needed.

  5. Select OK button.

To be able to use it on an IE you need to add it to the folder there the IE is located.
