Export IE

  1. Select one or more IE in the listview, and select Tools  Export IE

  2. Enter Information

    Select options and destination directory

    1. Graphic Format To Export

      Select a graphic format to export.

      Format Description
      Checkout The format defined as Checkout in the template associated with the graphic
      Web The format defined as Web in the template associated with the graphic
      Print The format defined as Print in the template associated with the graphic

    2. Documents

      Documents may only be fetch. Neither Inclusions, cross references or graphis are resolved

    3. Destination Directory

      Enter (or click on ... to browse for) a path to a directory where the export results will be saved

    4. Filename

      Enter a filename format.

      Format Description
      Id Filename: [id].[extension] => G0123456.ai
      Title Filename: [title].[extension] => graphic1.ai
      Id - Title Filename: [id]-[title].[extension] => D00112233-Hello World.xml

  3. Click OK
