Select the IE you want to create a new revision for.

Select New Revision using :

• Select Ribbon Menu  Edit  New Revision (F10)

• Select Context Menu  New Revision

Enter a reason for creating a new revision and select OK.

A new minor revision is created with content and meta data copied from the selected IE. The reason is saved as a comment for the new revision.
