Create IE

  • Select a valid folder in the Navigate panel.

Create Xml Document

  1. Create New IE using :

    • Select Ribbon menu  Edit  New IE  New Xml Document (Ctrl+D)

    • In current folder, select Content menu  New IE  New Xml Document

  2. Enter basic information for a new xml document

    Enter information about the new document and click OK

    • InformationType: This is the top level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • SubInformationType: This is the second level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • Template: which Template should this IE be based on. Must be selected

    • Title: Input a title for your document. Must be specified. If you end your input by pressing Enter you are done and the "New document window" will close. If not press Tab to move to next field or use the mouse.

    • SubTitle: optionally you can also input a sub-title for your document.

Create Graphic

  1. Create New Graphic using :

    • Select Ribbon menu  Edit  New IE  New Graphic (Ctrl+G)

    • In current folder, select Content menu  New IE  New Graphic

    • InformationType: This is the top level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • SubInformationType: This is the second level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • Template: which Template should this IE be based on. Must be selected

    • Title: Input a title for your graphic. Must be specified. If you end your input by pressing Enter you are done and the "New document window" will close. If not press Tab to move to next field or use the mouse.

    • SubTitle: optionally you can also input a sub-title for your graphic.

  1. Create File

    Create New File using :

    • Select Ribbon menu  Edit  New IE  New File (Ctrl+E)

    • In current folder, select Content menu  New IE  New File

    • InformationType: This is the top level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • SubInformationType: This is the second level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • Template: which Template should this IE be based on. Must be selected

  1. Create MAP

    Create New MAP using :

    • Select Ribbon menu  Edit  New IE  New MAP

    • In current folder, select Content menu  New IE  New MAP

    • InformationType: This is the top level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • SubInformationType: This is the second level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • Template: which Template should this IE be based on. Must be selected

    • Title: Input a title for your MAP. Must be specified. If you end your input by pressing Enter you are done and the "New document window" will close. If not press Tab to move to next field or use the mouse.

    • SubTitle: optionally you can also input a sub-title for your MAP.

Create Video

  1. Create New Video using :

    • Select Ribbon menu  Edit  New IE  New Video (Ctrl+G)

    • In current folder, select Content menu  New IE  New Video

    • InformationType: This is the top level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • SubInformationType: This is the second level position of an IE. Must be selected

    • Template: which Template should this IE be based on. Must be selected
